Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, our customer support team is available 5 days a week to assist you.

After receiving your parcel, you have 15 business days to inform us of your return request by email at support@ernstwerner.com

or via our Contact Page.

Return Options

Once your request has been approved, you may choose one of the following options, provided that the item is returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, exactly as it was received:

  • Store Credit
    Receive a store credit of equal value, valid for future purchases.

  • Product Exchange
    Receive a replacement product of equal or lower value from our store.

  • Refund
    Receive a refund for the returned item, processed according to our refund policy.

Return Conditions

Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage

  • Items returned without the original invoice

  • Items returned without original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
